The condition causing the machine stoppage is stored in the memory, allowing the user to understand the reason for the abnormality and learn more about usage efficiency.

  Automatic adjust control ±25﹪ of the feed amount and the sliver output variance rate is below 1.0﹪ (CV%/1M).
  The input sliver weight utilizes "T&G" style Roller detecting and the output sliver weight utilizes Pendular Roller detection with precision measurements, which are quite sensitive and highly accurate.
  The eyes are completely independently controlled and the different alarms are set for variation of sliver change rates with an auto-stop function when the parameters are exceeded in order to prevent the production of low quality products.
